Diaphragm pressure gauge is made up of pressure gauge, coupled flange and membrane separator. In application, measurement media is avoided directly entry to common pressure gauge which can not be used in high corrosion high temperature, high viscosity, easy crystallization and easy solidification. Model Y-M series of diaphragm pressure gauge can be used on the occasions when there is media pressure with solid suspended water, whose entry into common pressure gauge should be avoided and the accumulation of the solid matter should be prevented and cleaned frequently.

Main technical characteristics of diaphragm pressure gauge:

1. Anti-corrosion

The anti-corrosion of diaphragm pressure gauge depends on the materials of flange, diaphragm and sealing packing, which should be chosen in accordance  with the requirement of the clients.

2. Sealing ring material:

NBR, fluoro rubber, silicon rubber and fluoro-plastic.

3. Temperature characteristics: '

The thermal expansion of elastico-element in measuting pressure of diaphrangm pressure gauge causes the increase of the value of the instrument with the rise fo the temperature. Meanwhile, when heated, the sealing liquid of diaphragm pressure gauge will expande in volume, which will also cause the increase of the value of the instrument with the rise of the temperature under pressure. Therefore, the effect on temperature of diaphragm pressure gauge is greater than that of the common pressure gaue. Operational temperature additional deviation is less than 0.1%/10^oC.
